We have built a strict standard testing protocol inside our Eluru workshop.
Each batch of raw South Indian temple hair passes through 5 distinct testing phases before being cleared for export. We guarantee that every bundle shipped to your salon or distribution depot is 100% human, cuticle-aligned, and structurally sound.

Cuticle Alignment Check
We check the direction of the cuticles by hand-sliding and microscope reviews. This ensures all strands are aligned, eliminating tangling and matting during subsequent washes.

Tension & Strength Testing
Individual hair strands from each donor batch are subjected to tensile strength tests. Healthy virgin hair from South India has high elasticity and won’t break during chemical bleaching.

Length Verification
Each bundle is pulled straight on a standard sizing card to verify exact lengths. Short hairs under 8 inches are combed out (carded) to ensure full density from root to ends.

Natural Steam Texturizing
To create curly or wavy patterns, we use only high-heat steam. We never use chemicals or perm lotions. The hair retains its natural hydration, preventing frizzing and split ends.

Sanitization & Washing
Washed multiple times with natural herbal extracts and high-grade conditioners. This removes dust and oils, leaving a fresh, luxurious scent, completely allergen-free.

Moisture Protection
Before sealing inside cardboard cargo boxes, each bundle is wrapped in silica-gel packed, sealed luxury plastic bags to prevent humidity and moisture damage during ocean or air transport.
